Welcome to Slow Motion Massage Therapy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Slow Motion Massage Therapy ("we," "our," or "us") and our clients ("you" or "your").
1.2. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Appointments

2.1. All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2.2. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.
2.3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full fee will still apply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.
3.3. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following your session.
4.2. We accept card and/or online payment
4.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
5.2. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff.
5.3. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if they believe it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

6. Client Conduct

6.1. We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings may be refused.
6.2. Clients are expected to adhere to hygiene and health standards during their visit.

7. Adjustments to Appointments

7.1. While we strive to honor your preferred booking time, minor adjustments (ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour) may occasionally be necessary.
7.2. If any changes are required, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Liability

8.1. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and well-being, Slow Motion Massage Therapy is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may be aggravated by our treatments.
8.2. It is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider if you are unsure about the suitability of massage therapy for your condition.

9. Privacy

9.1. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Amendments

10.1. Slow Motion Massage Therapy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Any changes will be communicated through our website or email.

11. Gift Vouchers 
11.1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
11.2. Redemption: Vouchers can be used for any massage service at Slow Motion, Carlton, Melbourne. They are not redeemable for cash.
11.3. Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
11.4. Bookings: Appointments are subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when booking.
11.5. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
11.6. Partial Use: If the full value is not used in one session, the remaining balance can be used on a future booking within the validity period.
11.7. Transferability: Vouchers can be transferred to another person but remain subject to these terms.
